This was the first time I have participated in a360 survey. I found the experience overwhelming (in a good way). Receiving feedback from my managers and peers gave me an insight into how others perceive me, which was in contrast to how I see myself. The survey results were tangible in a way I had not visualised before.

The survey analysed from different perspectives for reviewing the leadership style and provided possible areas for leadership improvement. During the one-on-one reflection, the coach explained the results in detail and provided useful and realistic recommendations. The 3-wayalignment meeting encouraged the mutual understanding between the employee and their manager and a positive solution for resolving the gap.
