The best advice you've ever been given…

You never have to react, you have time.

In any organisation, what do you see as the difference between good and great?

In my opinion a good organisation ticks all the boxes and delivers products, services and an employee experience that achieves excellence and does no harm. A great organisation delivers all the above, while additionally working to lead and transform people and the world we live in for the better including customers, employees, and the environment.

What are three words that describe you?

Entrepreneurial, strategic, and curious.

If you had all the world's leaders in one room, what would you like them to know?

Great question! If in doubt, be kind.
