We questioned each of our team to gather what they've learnt on their personal journey:

In any organisation, what do you see as the difference between good and great?

Good organisations treat their employees well, providing a psychologically safe environment where employees can work well in a team and seek guidance from their leaders. Great organisations go a step further, taking the time to really know their employees, giving them the tools to thrive, reach their goals, seek feedback, and be part of the organisations success.

What's the biggest impact coaching can have on an organisation and individual?

Coaching can impact many areas of leadership and business performance, with the greatest contribution of increasing one's 'self-awareness and emotional intelligence'. Coaching is a powerful tool to help learn more about yourself, the way you work, and the way you interact with others and, most importantly, provides a safe space to identify and work on goals and development areas.

If you had all the world's leaders in one room, what would you like them to know?

Pretend you don't know the answer! Ask questions, be curious, and step aside from time to time to allow others to take the space. Be kind, be humble, be mindful.

The best advice you've ever been given…

Look for the opportunity in everything - whether it’s the opportunity to learn from others, to learn what you don’t want, or to learn more about yourself. Every experience can teach you something.

What are three words that describe you?

Organised, Caring, Hard-Working
