Leading Sustainable Performance Session
Human performance isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about working smarter. Organisations need to create a human world of work where their workforce can thrive, innovate, and sustain their performance over the long term.
We facilitated a session with two performance psychologists who will redefine human performance in the workplace. This session challenged outdated concepts that prioritise relentless output at the expense of employee wellbeing.
The session addressed the profound impact of burnout on both individuals and organisations, emphasising the need for a balanced and supportive environment where wellbeing is the cornerstone of sustained success.
Hosted by encountas Performance Psychologist and Executive Coach Liz Gould and joined by Greg Prescott, Performance Psychologist, Executive Coach, Facilitator and Mental Health Expert, you will gain actionable strategies to redefine performance in your organisation, focusing on fostering a culture that supports individuals mental, emotional, and physical health for long-term success.
