Paola is the Hub Manager of encountas bringing experiences to life. She works closely with our encountas team and various clients to ensure transparency, confidence and ultimately enabling the work to deliver the outcomes required.

Paola has over 15 years experience in the learning sector, working with innovative learning experiences across different organisations, bringing together a wealth of knowledge, a commitment to customer service excellence, and a strong desire to successfully deliver for clients and their people.

She has worked in various roles in client service delivery in global training organisations and PBC in the areas of personality science and assessment Paola is an operational leader with strong relationship skills that maximises the value for all stakeholders.

With a strong passion for supporting people on their journey to be a better version of themselves, Paola has recently completed a diploma in Human Resources to continue her own personal learning journey.
